We have just returned home after our first visit to Sarova Whitesands, Mombasa and we are already looking to plan another holiday there as we loved it that much. This is a truly wonderful resort with great facilities, amazing food and drink options, beautiful gardens and beach front, and most importantly professional, friendly and welcoming staff who went the extra mile to make our vacation extra special and enjoyable.

Mandisa Tours and Travel did an impeccable job planning our week long safari. We went to Maasai Mara in Kenya, then flew to Tanzania and went to Ngorongoro, then to Serengeti National Park, and Lake Manyara; and ended our trip in Zanzibar. The agency handled everything from flights, lodging, food, and game drives. We got to see so many animals! They even accommodated a last minute flight change. They were great. So communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend!

The team is well versed in their products and were very helpful throughout. Booking the family trip for Mara/ Tsavo/Diani was made so easy. In particular Tonny who was in charge of our trip planning has a very patient cheerful demeanor and was always available and ready to assist with every request. The drivers were very good.
